Function
We equip the people of God for worship by giving them worthy words to sing and worthy thoughts to think of God.
We use music and technology to create and support an atmosphere of worship that invites others to participate.
Success
Our success is measured by the degree to which we ourselves and those we lead treasure Jesus above all other things and daily offer ourselves to Him in loving obedience.
The stage is not the primary place where worship happens. Worship is walked out in the every day lives of the people who gathered to worship together on a Sunday.
Values
•We are loved beyond our usefulness
(Our value is not tied to our performance)
•We share publicly what begins in secret place
(We offer the overflow of our lives with God to others)
•We value passion over performance
(Sincere love, not polish)
•We value surrender over service or sacrifice
(Service is not a substitute for obedience to Jesus. Obedience is better than sacrifice.)
•We believe prayer accomplishes more than preparation
(We want what only God can accomplish, not what we can accomplish)
