Leadership

Dale has been the pastor at LCC since 2008. He is married to Rebecca and they have four children and three grandchildren. When Dale is not serving LCC he is actively involved in substitute teaching in both Coos Bay and North Bend schools as well as being a hospice chaplain. 

Michael has been leading Youth Ministry at LCC since 2008. He loves spending time with his wife Billie, his kids and grandkids, his family, and his friends. He enjoys being outside, especially if it’s sunny. And he loves talking to people about Jesus and the bible.

Rebecca leads the women’s ministry at LCC. She loves the word of God and teaching women’s Bible studies. She’s married to Dale and enjoy’s being a grandma, all things outdoors, and cooking.
She also coordinates the ready room which cares for the unhoused or hungry in our community by being ready to provide for their basic needs.

Mindi has been serving in our nursery since 2008. She is married to Russell and they have 4 children, a daughter in law and a grand daughter. She enjoys time with friends, moms and babies and keeping the baby room sorted and stocked.

Debbie has been part of Life Change Church since 2009. She is married to Jim, and together they raised four children. She loves spending time with her family and friends, enjoys camping, and has a heart for helping others.

Brandie has attended Life Change Church since 2015. She is married to Bryan and they have one furbaby, a corgi named Brixa. She enjoys powerlifting, pretty much anything outdoors, and cooking.

Seth has been leading worship at Life Change since 2008. He is married to Joanna and they have three wonderful daughters who are also very musical. When he is not working on ways to help people to focus their attention on Jesus, he is probably doing something on a computer or playing a hobby board game.
